SEPIA Breakthrough Groups (SBG) are intimate structured gatherings of women who come together for one purpose: to empower themselves and help other women to do the same. Using the book No More Drama: Nine Simple Steps to Transforming a Breakdown Into a Breakthrough as a guide, we explore the many different ways we give away our power and learn how to courageously address the challenges of our day to day lives by using the SEPIA process. The purpose of the SBG is to unite you with other women who are ready to empower themselves by taking real, concrete action steps in a supportive and nurturing environment. It is a place where women who may not have a support system naturally in her life can come together with other women who are seeking to create a powerful and sustainable change in their lives and reach specific personal development goals.

SBG are held in various group members homes on a rotating weekly or monthly basis. In each three-hour meeting you will explore how your belief system and its resultant behaviors affect your ability to be the best possible you. Using the nine SEPIA principles, you will choose a goal and begin to work towards eliminating your disempowered thoughts and behaviors. The group will work collectively to help every participant achieve their goals, providing constructive feedback and helping you to assess the viability of your plan.

SEPIA Breakthrough Groups succeed while other women's groups fail because SBG provides sustained support for your efforts over an extended period of time. This continuous support provides you with the encouragement you need when things become challenging and you begin to encounter the fears which are a normal part of the process of change. These weekly meetings will keep you motivated and inspired to push past your comfort zone and into a new world of hope and opportunity.
